Google has been 🕵️‍♂️tracking users of their activity even when they were in “incognito” mode, which itself kills the purpose of the incognito mode, which is meant to keep your browsing activity private(From the search engines actually if you’re not logged into your account. Your ISP can still track you in incognito mode.)
While I dug through this a bit further, found some info on their incognito mode from Google’s official page — https://bit.ly/3NL7jdH
So in summary incognito mode doesn’t guarantee 🥷privacy at all. Some of the best and easiest ways to be private or stop trackers, if you really care about your data and don’t want to see an ad about a G-shock watch pop up on your phone when it’s not even a second you spoke about it with your friend🤣
Use a different secure browser🖥 that values your data : recommended ones are firefox, brave, tor and librewolf. Tor completely hides your identity routing your traffic through multiple nodes(or volunteer servers). - Block third-party cookies via browser settings —  You can easily activate this and it’s done differently for each browser.
Use browser extensions📱 to block website trackers  — Some recommended ones, Ublock origin, privacy badger.
Use VPN🧱  — This doesn’t actually block trackers but would hide your data(IP address, internet traffic) from ISP and Google. Which means less or inaccurate tracking done for your actual IP address. Some recommended VPN services, Proton(free + paid plans, speed is slower for free plans. They also have OVPN files, which you can configure via the Open VPN app.) and windscribe(free(10 GB per month) + paid plans, speed is moderate for free plans).
Let me know if there are any other good options as well and your thoughts on this✍️
